We’re a group of 7 people who want to talk about the real elephant in the room – mental health. We go through our lives being told to look after our bodies but what nobody tells you is how important it is to look after your mind too.
We can’t profess to know all there is to know about mental health, and we certainly can’t tell you what to do to make yourself feel better, but what we can do is talk about it.
We’ll talk about what we do to make ourselves feel better, and hopefully make you realise that, actually, it is okay to talk about these things, and that often talking about it is the first step towards feeling better.
We’ll talk about the times when actually, we’ve not been doing so well, so that maybe you’ll realise that sometimes, it’s okay not to be okay and you’re not the only one going through this.
Maybe we’ll even get you talking too.
